About Us

Akaroa Osteopathy is run by Jane Lucas BSc (Hons) Registered Osteopath.
Jane graduated with a Batchelor of Science Degree from the European School of Osteopathy in the UK. After working in the UK for 4 years, she decided to make the move over to the Southern Hemisphere and worked in Australia up until her move to Banks Peninsula 8 years ago.
She has over 15 years of clinical experience and enjoys treating wide variety of patients. She uses a wide range of techniques from cranial techniques to musculoskeletal techniques and has a special interest in sports injuries, spinal injuries and connective tissue disorders.
